Detection and Identification of Fungal Plant Associated Diseases on Begonia

Abstract Begonia species is one of the ornamental plants that have unique leaf appearance and metabolites. Research objectives are to isolate, identify preserve microfungi on spp. Purposive sampling methods at greenhouse Bogor Botanical Garden, Bogor, were used collect in August 2022. Seven checked for microfungi. Namely, blirik, B. crested, fiandani, natunaensis , Morphological character showed found Botrytis spp., Colletotrichum sterilia miselia.
